How do i transfer from san francisco state university to san jose state university?

I am a freshman at san francisco state university and my major is biochemistry. what are the requirements to transfer from san francisco state university to san jose state university? i believe i need 60 units but what are the classes do i need to take? i hope to transfer in two years or less.
